Returns & Exchanges


Not a problem! Once you have received confirmation of your order, changes can only be made by contacting us via email or on our Contact Us page. Changes made to your order after the original confirmation may result in a new approximate time frame for delivery. 

If you are not entirely happy with your product(s) you may cancel your order, requesting a full refund or exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving your order; please inform us of your decision by e-mail or via the Contact Us page.  Please first return the relevant product(s) to us within 14 calendar days of receipt in the same condition as when received by you, together with the original packaging, which must be unmarked, undamaged and in a resalable condition. You are wholly responsible for them, including in relation to any loss or damage.

For all returns, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products. Any shipping / delivery charges and banking fees incurred by us or you will not be refunded.

All items are subject to availability.  If for any reason, beyond our control, we are unable to supply an ordered product to you, you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, a substitute item of equivalent design, quality and price.

Promotional codes and offers cannot be used on sale items. Promotions apply to full-priced items only, can be used once only and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
